Chapters 3-4

Chapter 3: The direct term for "comma" is "asshole". Which in the way Dr. Farmer was using it was for the terms of how people are comfortable or ok with the way the medicine and money is being distributed to third world countries and Tracy Kidder shouldn't be the one of those people.

Chapter 4: It all came to Dr. Farmer when he had reinterviewed the people and came across one elderly lady who told him that you can believe in both medicine and faith, so he took that to mind and just gave the people their medicine instead of asking them if it goes along with what they belive in.
The proverb"beyond mountains there are mountains" was used to describe the location of Morne Michel, the most distant of all the settlements in Zanmi Lasante's catchment area.
