Chapter 19: It is more affordable and is similar to the expensive type, just a different brand. They want to make it so that the poor have access to these drugs.
Chapter 20: Its hard on him because he is able to leave, however most Haitians will never have that opportunity. He still wishes he could save everyone.
Chapter 21: Cuba has managed to control most diseases whereas Haiti hasn't. Cuba also have access to medical supplies etc. etc, and Haiti seems to lost in the wind.
